Job summary

Truist in Dallas is hiring a Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding client service in person and over the phone. You will develop client relationships, discuss financial solutions, and refer advanced needs to specialists. Cross-training may include teller duties as needed.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets while maintaining high service quality and compliance with bank policies. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller duties as needed.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
