Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication tailored to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• High school diploma or GED, foreign equivalents accepted.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), Life licenses; licensing within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; listen and ask questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
