Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Indiana to help retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships. You will proactively identify financial goals and recommend deposits, loans, and other banking products to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, resolving complex issues, and educating customers on online/mobile banking while maintaining compliance with policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years customer service and sales banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other banking areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products, service offerings, policies, and security.
• Adhere to operational, risk and regulatory policies.
