Job summary

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and refer clients to bank experts while maintaining knowledge of products and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or military service in related roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking/financial services.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals and a disciplined sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
