Formación

• 3+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in Retail Banking sales or financial services sales with proven success.
• Demonstrated Santander experience related to essential functions and responsibilities.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients via networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Meet customers' transactional, servicing, and product needs while ensuring excellent service.
