Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to grow and retain consumer and small business relationships.

You will identify customer goals and needs, recommend deposit, loan and related banking solutions, and guide customers through available banking technologies. In this role you will provide outstanding service, resolve issues, educate customers on online banking and mobile tools, and collaborate with colleagues to deepen relationships while upholding bank policies

Qualifications

1 year or more of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales, or military administration/similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Educate customers on online banking and other bank services.
Educate customers to optimize use of mobile/online/ATM banking.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
Adhere to operational, security and regulatory policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
