Job summary

In this on-site role you will create a positive client experience through proactive outreach, effective problem resolution, and consistent sales and service execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register.
• Role-specific experience: Relationship Banker 1+ years in retail, sales, service, or client-facing experience.
• Relationship Banker II: 1+ years banking with consultative sales and lending capability.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
