Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker in Chicago. You will nurture consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

You’ll work in a collaborative, inclusive environment that emphasizes client service and community impact, with opportunities to grow through referrals and cross-selling while using online and mobile banking tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience in customer service and sales in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM).
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
