Job summary

You will provide excellent service, educate customers on technology use, and collaborate with bank colleagues to deepen connections while complying with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking or related fields.
• Licenses: background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in customer service and banking sales preferred.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize use of bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
