Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service by executing financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Greets each customer and provides an overall positive customer experience while assisting them with their individual banking needs.
• Accurately and efficiently processes customer transactions, while adhering to company policies and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintains an accurate and acceptable record of daily cash drawer balance, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed in accordance with company policies.
• Ensures the accurate balancing and reconciliation of coin counters, cash recyclers, and ATMs as assigned, following established procedures to maintain operational efficiency and financial integrity.
