Qualifications

• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening and understanding client needs and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices per bank policies.
