Job summary

Ephrata National Bank in Ephrata, PA is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver a relationship-focused customer experience by accurately processing financial transactions, servicing consumer deposit accounts, and identifying customer needs. You will refer ENB products and support branch operations in a friendly, compliant environment.

Qualifications

Six months of retail banking, financial services, cash-handling, or related customer service experience.
Demonstrated integrity and safeguarding of confidential information.
Strong listening and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to learn banking systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Process routine and complex branch transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing).
Maintain and service consumer deposit accounts and explain features and fees.
Identify customer needs and refer ENB products and services.
Open and close the Community Banking Office as assigned.
Handle replacement debit cards and assist with digital banking needs.
Ensure accuracy in transaction processing, cash handling, and balancing.
Adhere to policies, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
