Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Retail experience with sales results preferred.
• If loan certification/MLO requirements are needed, must be met within 12 months.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, multitasking.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Must complete required training.
