Qualifications

• Excellent communication in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while complying with policies.
• Meet risk, compliance, and licensing requirements; complete training as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing (SIE, Series 6, 63, Life) required or pursued within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
