Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch in North Richland Hills, TX. You will represent our brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and fintech to serve clients and build lasting relationships.

You will educate clients on digital tools, meet with them to assess financial needs, and coordinate with specialists to provide tailored solutions while adhering to banking regulations and branch hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to our team for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
