Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an energetic banking associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on mobile and online banking, and guide them through ATM self-service options. Qualifications

• Six months of cash handling experience is desired.
• One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment is desired.
• Spanish language is preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources.
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
• Connect clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals
• Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
• Build client relationships to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts to grow business knowledge and networks
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
