Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Banking Associate to engage clients in the lobby and educate them on transactions via mobile, online banking, and ATM self-service resources. You will accurately and efficiently process cash, build relationships to meet financial needs, and connect clients to solutions in lending, investments, and small business.

You must help uphold risk culture and operational excellence, manage center traffic, and handle calls; weekend availability required; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services and cash handling preferred.
• Sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual goals.
