Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
• Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
• Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
• Effective and confident communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking and mobile banking self-service technologies
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws and regulations
• Efficient time and capacity management
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including assignment to any financial center within a reasonable distance
• Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
• Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Desired: six months of cash handling experience
• Desired: Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby and educate them about self-service banking resources
• Assist clients with transactions through mobile banking, online banking and ATMs
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
• Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Partner with experts in small business, lending and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities
