Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an energetic client associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate on digital self-service tools, and process transactions with accuracy. You will build relationships to meet financial needs while following all policies and regulatory guidelines.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, reliable, and capable of learning new platforms. Weekend/extended hours may be required; base pay ranges with benefits are provided across locations in the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in financial services or related products is a plus.
• Sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment is desirable.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of self-service banking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank’s risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
