Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative sales conversations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, matching financial products to goals.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking solutions for 24/7 access.
• Process routine financial center transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Manage lobby activity, greet and direct clients, monitor risk, ensure a positive experience.
• Refer clients to internal partners for specialized needs (mortgage, business banking, investments).
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve goals and branch growth.
• Uphold risk, compliance, and security standards.
