Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a branch team in Wisconsin. You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions using the latest banking technology.

You will help clients navigate Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs, while ensuring compliance and delivering tailored product recommendations to meet diverse financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
