Qualifications

• Ability to build trusted relationships and show genuine care during client interactions.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Experience handling cash and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on using technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding clients to expert solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices in line with policies and procedures.
