You will open new deposits, originate loans, and maintain a loan/deposit portfolio while engaging with the community. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years in banking/sales, and lending experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years banking and/or demonstrated sales experience.
• 2 years developing current and new client relationships with sales goals.
• 2 years in a lending function with loan origination and processing.
• Knowledge of consumer and business products and services.
• Ability to understand cash flow, financial statements, and market risk.
• Comfort with online banking platforms and mobile banking apps.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer loans.
• Originate consumer and some small business loans and manage a loan/deposit portfolio.
• Educate customers about Treasury Management and other partner services.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to current and prospective clients.
• Support community engagement and participate in events as needed.
