U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships by meeting face to face and providing financial guidance. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process loans, and educate clients on deposit and loan products as well as digital options.

You will develop partnerships with branch colleagues to serve clients, support sales campaigns, and promote digital tools while ensuring accurate service and compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to build relationships and engage clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Builds and sustains client relationships through proactive outreach.
