Responsibilities

• Promotes sales by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and cross-selling bank products.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using approved branch technology.
• Complete lifecycle of new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller and operational duties according to policies.
• Assist with achieving weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Adhere to FNB risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
