Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Panama City Beach, FL, to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the cash line and via phone, while helping customers with everyday banking needs and educating them on digital solutions.

This role emphasizes building personal connections, meeting customer needs, and contributing to branch goals with opportunities for growth and upward mobility.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Proficiency with computers, typing, and monitor usage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answers customer inquiries and handles basic servicing requests (cards, information changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develops relationships and stays informed about the customer’s relationship with the bank.
• Educates customers on digital banking solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Supports team members and escalates complex financial needs to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes, manages operational risks, and helps achieve branch targets.
• May make outbound calls to educate customers about technology and banking options.
