Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs.
• Answer inquiries regarding products and services; fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to resolve issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follow bank processes, manage risks, and meet branch targets.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and financial needs.
