You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, using your financial knowledge to tailor solutions and help clients achieve their goals.

This role requires 1+ year of sales in banking, strong communication, and a commitment to regulatory and risk compliance; hours include weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Retail Banking or financial services with proven sales success.
• Strong client focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to meet regulatory and risk requirements and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required) and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Provide consultative product and service recommendations to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on Chase technology (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
