Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Familiarity with risk parameters, compliance obligations and required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Preferred: College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients with in-person and phone meetings to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
