Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality, leveraging banking solutions, and building meaningful client relationships to address financial needs.

You will work with clients in person and by phone, promoting products and services, while adhering to risk and compliance standards and collaborating with a team of specialists to meet each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (incl. 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in thoughtful, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
