Hickory Point Bank & Trust is seeking a Relationship Banker to serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering personalized banking solutions and top-tier service. You will process transactions, identify opportunities, and educate clients on deposit, credit, and investment options to support financial goals.

You will build strong partnerships across banking teams to deepen client relationships and help the branch meet service and regulatory objectives, while contributing to community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other financial transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with servicing their relationships and complex service needs.
• Develop client relationships by understanding needs and identifying suitable products.
• Educate clients on bank products and services.
• Collaborate with Ag Services, Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors and other teams to deepen relationships.
