Job summary

Chase seeks an Associate Banker to provide warm, attentive service and expert product guidance in our branches. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, open accounts, and support everyday banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs. Build trusted relationships through listening and practical financial solutions.

You will work with the team to deliver seamless service, handle branch operations, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to engage clients and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations while adhering to bank policies.
