Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking English and Cantonese fluently.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and self‑service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening and advising customers and collaborating with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and related duties as needed.
