Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome and assist clients in a Chase Branch, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and friendly, attentive service.

You will help clients understand and use digital tools like Chase Mobile and Chase.com, while learning products and procedures to connect clients with the right experts for their needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
