Job summary

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Manage branch operations including cash devices in line with bank policies.
