Job summary

You will build lasting relationships, leverage Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with specialists to provide tailored financial solutions while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Must meet risk and compliance obligations and complete training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage clients and meet with them, in person or by phone, to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to tailor product recommendations to client needs.
• Educate clients on tech solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
