Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and ensure consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person or by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.

• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
