Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor product features to clients' needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with risk and training requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days via JPMorganChase program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor solutions.
