• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships through listening, empathy, and product knowledge; collaborate with team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash handling and device management per bank procedures.
