JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will represent our brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and help customers with financial needs using our digital tools.

You will work in a fast-paced retail banking environment, meeting clients, resolving questions, and staying compliant with policies while delivering a memorable client experience, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.
• Willing to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
