Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring clients
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and tailor financial solutions
• Ability to understand and explain banking products while adhering to compliance requirements
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively meet with clients, in person and by phone, to understand financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs, build trust, and guide clients to appropriate products.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, procedures, and regulatory requirements and connect clients with specialists when needed.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
