Job summary

Liberty Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to lead exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships at the Cromwell branch. You will handle on-site branch operations, assist customers with banking needs, and drive sales performance while upholding Liberty Bank’s standards and policies.

You will educate clients on digital channels, document interactions in banking systems, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and explore cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months Retail Banking or equivalent Sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance the customer relationship.
• Attention to detail and ability to execute policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Branch Operations Supervisor coverage for multiple branches as assigned.
• Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Achieve personal sales goals across banking products and services.
• Use the Discovery Guide to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Document activities accurately in banking systems and educate customers on digital channels.
• Balance and process banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
