Job summary

You will support branch operations, meet sales goals across banking products, promote digital channels, document activities, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of Retail Banking or equivalent Sales experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and related apps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Branch Operations Supervisor coverage across branches as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Meet/exceed personal sales goals across banking products and services.
• Educate customers on digital banking and delivery channels.
• Document activities and follow-up opportunities in banking systems.
• Balance and process customer transactions per bank policies.
