Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of Retail Banking or equivalent Sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and improve relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in policy execution.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to balance risk with superior customer service.
• Ability to foster a positive team environment.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site Branch Operations Supervisor coverage for assigned branches.
• Greet customers and actively acknowledge them.
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve account service issues promptly.
• Own customer inquiries and coordinate with teammates as needed.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals across banking products and services.
• Use the Discovery Guide to uncover opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Engage customers to retain Consumer and Business relationships.
• Document activities accurately in banking systems.
• Educate customers on digital banking options.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and training materials.
• Process banking transactions including new accounts, loans, and referrals.
• Balance cash and maintain records per policy and procedure.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls.
