Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess needs, discuss deposit and loan options, and guide clients toward digital tools to enhance their banking experience.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, processing requests, and partnering with branch teams to deliver excellent service while adhering to NMLS requirements. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and self-service technologies.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
