Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to educate clients on deposit/loan products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across channels including in-person, appointment, and virtual.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service capabilities to meet financial needs.
