Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking and digital self‑service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling devices, while adhering to bank policies.
