• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Meet with branch assigned clients, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices while adhering to policies.
