Job summary

• Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and recommend Commercial Bank products based on customer needs.
• Create, deliver, and discuss proposals to prospects/customers focusing on deposits and relationship growth.
• Open consumer and business depository accounts.
• Assist in mortgage and personal loan origination and closings.
• Coordinate with peer departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain product knowledge and procedures for selling, opening, and servicing deposits and loans.
• Process customer transactions and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
