Zusammenfassung

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts, assess customer financial needs, and guide clients through loan applications. You will build relationships through in-person and outbound calls, educate customers on products, and ensure accurate processing of transactions while promoting digital banking tools.

The role includes a 4-6 month training period, competitive base salary with incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• One year of previous banking experience is required.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior consultative sales experience is required.
• Must have a proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Must have a proven ability for attention to detail.
• Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs.
• Must have proven, excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.

Aufgaben

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers regarding their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests.
• Promote the Bank's digital banking services.
• Assist Customers with teller transactions and process various transactions accurately and timely.
